Chiropractic

Chiropractors use the best available evidence to diagnose and treat issues that affect your body's movement without the use of medication or surgery. Chiropractors can help to alleviate pain, promote health and improve your quality of life.


Massage Therapy

Registered Massage Therapists assess and treat pain and physical dysfunction of the soft tissues and joints of the body mostly by soft tissue manipulation. Assessment and treatment can include orthopaedic and neurological testing, soft tissue manipulation (Swedish massage is the most commonly used technique), hydrotherapy, remedial exercise programs and client education programs.

Merin holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (2005) and a Masters of Physiotherapy (2009), with a specialization in Musculoskeletal and Orthopedic Physiotherapy. With over 16 years of clinical experience and 3 years of academic teaching in physiotherapy, Merin has developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.

Her clinical expertise spans a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including sprains and strains, arthritis, neck and lower back pain, rotator cuff injuries, ACL and meniscal injuries, fibromyalgia, and ergonomic or repetitive strain injuries. Asra is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with over 10 years of experience in therapeutic massage and rehabilitation. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2013 and is also an active member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario. Before becoming an RMT, Asra practiced as a Physiotherapist in India for 8 years, which has given her a strong foundation in physical rehabilitation and hands-on care. This wealth of knowledge is integrated into her massage therapy practice, performing thorough assessments and applying the most effective therapeutic techniques personalized for each client. Her massage therapy practice modalities include swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point release therapy, myofascial release and cupping. Additionally, she is experienced in sports injury rehabilitation, post-surgical rehabilitation and recovery and pre and post natal massage. Anthony is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Humber College. He enjoys building meaningful connections with people and addressing his patients concerns. Anthony’s philosophy is to assess and treat the root of the issue, form effective treatment plans, and to educate patients on how to future-proof their bodies through remedial exercises. With an athletic background himself, Anthony is extremely knowledgeable with common sports injuries. He believes that everyone should live a pain- free lifestyle and strives to guide his patients in meeting their specific treatment goals.
